Project Description
Joey Negron
“Embrace Your One Second.”
Speaker & Youth Behavioral Specialist
Joey Negron is a charismatic, passionate behavioral specialist that takes on the ever-growing population with mental health issues with the same determined, humorous, “try it again” approach he brings to his life and his career. “I do the same thing the Super Nanny does, but the only difference is that I am cooler than she is!” In 2007, Joey published his first book, a memoir titled, 1ZERO9 (One Zero Nine) to help today’s youth with ongoing issues in society such as teenage pregnancy, dealing with death, and being a father.
Joey was born and raised in Reading, Pennsylvania. Joey received his bachelor’s degree at Saint Peter’s College and his Masters of Social Work Degree at Marywood University. Joey is determined to push others to “Step Up” instead of backing down to life’s challenges and goals.
