He knows the stakes firsthand. Growing up in a community impacted by gangs, drugs, and the challenges of teenage pregnancy, Juan faced the same difficult choices many students encounter today. He turned his life around and now dedicates himself to helping students do the same. Juan authentically makes a lasting impact on young people through his speaking, programs, and co-founding a non-profit focusing on teaching leadership skills to immigrant and refugee students.
