Sam Brown is a speaker and author who creates experiences to equip individuals with the tools to navigate life’s transitions through identity development and storytelling. His work focuses on helping people move from simply experiencing life to becoming the author of their own story.

Driven by his own experiences with homelessness and the loss of his parents, Sam understands what it means to grow up in the middle of life’s storms, feeling disconnected, lost, and uncertain about who you are or where you’re going. He brings a deep, personal understanding of what it takes to navigate through the eye of a storm and grow through transitional moments.

Through his storytelling and real-life strategies, Sam equips audiences with the mindset and tools to build confidence, navigate change, and develop resilience. As part of the CoolSpeak team, Sam creates spaces where students feel seen and capable of moving forward. They leave with more than motivation; they gain tools to withstand any of life’s challenges and become truly storm resistant.
